The Royal International Air Tattoo (RAF Fairford) - Airshow 16th/17th July

The air show is one of the biggest and best air shows with hundreds of aircraft offering death-defying displays to an expected 170000 visitors according to the information available via a Google search. This is the 40th anniversary of the event with gates opening at 7.30am, and special traffic arrangements for miles around to cope with the expected influx on to the site of the air show.

An update from the Tattoo on Friday 15th July:

'A great couple of days so far including setting up  &  over 200 aircrew signed David's Riat 2011 artwork - to be raffled/ auctioned to help raise funds for the rafcte charity later this year. David's Artwork features on all of the Air tattoo material including tickets, brochure, mega posters and on buses!
